We offer a range of specialised services tailored to meet your individual needs. Our approach is focused on understanding and responding to your needs, getting you to where you need to go.
Dial-a-Ride from your door
Our dial-a-ride accessible minibus service offers convenient local travel for members who may find ordinary public transport difficult to use. Book at least a day in advance and travel to appointments, activities, shops and more with helpful support from our community transport team. Don't leave it to the last minute.
Our main door to door service operates in Wellingborough and surrounding villages.

Where can I go?
If you are in Wellingborough or its surrounding villages we can take you to Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, M&S, Lidl or into town or to day care centres. We also go to Rushden Lakes on certain days.
if you are in Rushden or Higham Ferrers, popular destinations are Asda, Rushden town centre and Rushden Lakes.
These are membership services and members of either service can book our excursions too!
Wellbeing car service
This service is designed to provide accessible, affordable transport to people who may have difficulty using public transport or who don't have access to a car.
We rely on volunteer drivers using their own vehicles to take passengers to where they need to be. This allows passengers to be picked up from their home and taken to their exact destination.
Schemes like ours are typically run by local community organisations, charities and are aimed at improving access to services for people, especially in rural areas or those who have limited transport options.
Where can I go?
No matter where you're headed, every trip begins at your doorstep. We provide transportation across the country, from local doctor, dentist and hospital visits to specialised treatment in cities like London and Cambridge. This includes visiting patients in hospital.
Share your appointment details with one of our friendly team and we will do our best to find a driver that can meet your requirements.

Excursions
If you are a member of one of our bus services, you can join any of our excursions. These generally run 3 times a week and there is no limit to how many you can go on. If you have a bus pass you can use it on our excursions too, but if you don't, you will pay a small fee per trip.

Our excursions vary every month but we go to places like:
- Market Harborough
- Bedford
- Various Garden Centres
- Phoenix Parkway
- Banbury
- St Neots
- Bell Plantation
- Milton Keynes
- Emmaus
- Melton Mowbray
- Olney
- Lunch at the Lilacs, Foxton Locks or the Swan with 2 Nicks
We sometimes go to destinations further afield such as:
- Hunstanton
- Stow-on-the-Wold
- Cromer
North of the County
Our dial-a-ride accessible minibus service offers convenient local travel for people whose village may not be served by a traditional bus service or who may find ordinary public transport difficult to use. Travel around the north of the county to Oundle, Thrapston, Rushden Lakes, Corby and villages in the area with helpful support from our community transport team.
Our stop to stop service operates North of the A14 and in the A6/A45/A14 'triangle', down to Rushden Lakes. This service is subsidised by North Northamptonshire Council.
This service does not require membership.

School transport
We offer home-to-school services for children attending Prince William school in Oundle and Oundle Primary School.
This service does not require membership but must be arranged via North Northamptonshire Council (NNC).
Free school transport, paid school transport, post-16 travel assistance and special educational needs transport is available to the nearest suitable school.

We offer a range of specialised services tailored to meet your individual needs.
We have a stock of motorised buggies, wheelchairs, walkers and other aides that can be rented for short or long term.
This is a FREE membership service.
In-store services
We also stock various aides to help you in your home such as:
- Radar key
- Key turning aid for weak hands
- Aid for doing up buttons
- Jar/bottle/can opening aids
- Tool to help get pills out of foil packets
